The Personal Injury Reports commenced publication in 2007. The cases reported cover a range of awards made by the Sessions Courts as well as by the High Court and the Court of Appeal in personal injury claims.

To support easy research for cases and awards reported in the Personal Injury Reports, the PIR Consolidated Tables 2007-2012 have been previously published. The PIR Consolidated Tables 2013-2018 provides the key to access cases and awards reported in the Personal Injury Reports from 2013-2018. It has been carefully structured and arranged to facilitate quick and easy research.

For ease of reference, the PIR Consolidated Tables 2013-2018 is divided into three parts, namely:

  • Anatomical Illustrations - This section contains illustrations of the anatomy and serves as a quick reference for the identification of the various parts of the anatomy and types of fracture.
  • Table of Reported Cases: The Table of Reported Cases presents all the cases alphabetically as well as categorised by the deciding court. 
  • Quantum Table - The Quantum Table is a concise listing and quick reference guide of awards that have been made by the courts. The awards are arranged according to the type of injuries and citations are included for cross-referencing to the specific cases.
